Liam Stamos

Liam Stamos is a drummer, multi-instrumentalist, and passionate advocate for making music accessible to everyone - no matter where you start. His journey began at twelve, drumming on pillows before getting his first electric Yamaha kit, followed by the acoustic Tama Imperialstar he still plays today.

From marching band rehearsals to solo recording sessions, Liam has lived the ups and downs of growing as a drummer while balancing school, work, and life. He brings that perspective to InstruFEST, writing with honesty and encouragement to help beginners navigate their first steps - whether it's choosing a drum set or finding motivation to keep practicing.

Now working as a freelance musician and writing his own album (on which he plays every instrument), Liam continues to push forward with the dream of performing live on stage. For him, it all comes back to passion - if you have that, the rest will follow.
